Return Policy: Store Credit Only


We want you to have a satisfactory shopping experience with us. Therefore, we accept returns; however, we offer store credit instead of cash refunds. 
Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and any loss in value if an item isn’t returned in original condition. Please carefully review our return policy below:

Eligibility for Returns:

  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.
  • Returns must be initiated within 15 days of the purchase or delivery date.

Store Credit:

  • Upon receiving your returned item, we will issue you store credit for the full purchase price, excluding any shipping fees or discounts applied.
  • The store credit can be used towards future purchases on our website.

Return Process:

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at annycancinocollection@gmail.com. They will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization number, if required.
  • Please securely package the item and include the return authorization number before shipping it back to us.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the item.
  • Exchanges and Defective Items:
  • If you received a defective or damaged item, please contact our customer service team within 72 hours of receiving the order with photos and your order #. We will gladly assist you in resolving the issue.
  • Exchanges for the same item or a different item of equal value may be available, subject to availability.

Please note that this return policy applies to online purchases. For in-store returns, please bring the item along with the original receipt or proof of purchase.

USA SHIPPING

Free USA shipping on all orders over $150usd. The timeframe will be between 3 to 7 working days.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Free International shipping on all orders over $500usd. The timeframe will be between 3 to 10 working days.

Shipping rate will be calculated at checkout.

 

There may be duty/import/taxes/customs/etc charges imposed by your home country.  It is the responsibility of the buyer to understand and make payment of these charges.
